TMCC hosts a Job Fair in the Fall and Spring Semesters, offering companies a chance to meet with prospective employees, and for students an opportunity to seek off-campus jobs.
Typically more than 55 employers attend the Job Fairs at TMCC. Feedback from those attending has resulted in enhanced experiences for both companies and students.
Leading up to the Job Fairs, the Career Hub conducts workshops for students in writing a professional resume, interviewing confidently, being fluent in soft skills that employers expect, and networking online and in person. Additionally, the Career Hub provides personal appointments for students to obtain advice about being successful in their job search and achieving positive reviews as a productive staff member once they are hired.

Virtual Recruitment Events
While we aren’t able to hold any in-person job fairs this semester we would still like to provide you with opportunities to recruit with free Virtual Recruitment Events. Most of our students are taking online classes, so we will be promoting your events primarily on TMCC's social media accounts and would love it if we could tag your company in them to increase participation in your virtual events.
Before you begin filling out the form here are some things to keep in mind:
- We are asking you to provide us with 1-3 high-quality company photos in .jpg format as they will accompany our social media posts marketing your event.
- We need at least 4 weeks' notice for each of the dates you choose so we have adequate time to market your event. You are able to schedule up to 3 virtual events each lasting an hour for the Spring Semester. Availability is Monday–Friday from 9 a.m.–5 p.m. starting Feb. 1 through May 10, 2021.
- Because our students are most comfortable using Zoom to video conference, we are asking employers to host their virtual sessions using Zoom to increase participation. If you do not have a Zoom account, please note that in the registration form and we can create the meeting for you.
