The Dandini Campus houses the University Police Services Substation.
University Police Services is a fully functional law enforcement agency, enforcing all local, state and federal laws and ordinances within the jurisdiction of the University of Nevada, Reno (UNR), TMCC and Desert Research Institute (DRI). Safety is our priority at all the locations we serve.
Each University Police officer has full police powers, and is certified under the laws of the state of Nevada.
Reporting Criminal Actions or Emergencies
- To report a crime in progress or an emergency, dial 911.
- Non-emergency crime reports should be made to University Police Services by calling 775-784-4013 or 775-334-COPS (2677) .
- To report a crime anonymously, contact Secret Witness at 775-322-4900.
TMCC Alerts for Closures and Emergencies
In the event of adverse weather or another emergency that affects College operations, the College will communicate to employees and students via email, social media, local news media, the College website, the main phone line (775-673-7111), and text messaging.
