Note: Catering menus can also be adjusted and tailored to suit your needs if necessary. The catering department can also produce "off menu" special requests such as specific event food and beverage themes and dietary accommodations, as long as it's feasible.

Besides plenty of fresh, healthy choices on the salad bar and daily specials, the Cafe Verde serves up plenty of delicious treats as well.

The Cafe Verde is centrally located on the second floor of the V. James Eardley Student Center and is a gathering spot for students between classes.
