Designing Your Online Course (DYOC): A Web-Based Quality Matters Workshop
The DYOC workshop will offer faculty information on the QM Rubric and how to apply the Essential Specific Review Standards to the design of an online course. Participants will identify critical components that support course- and module-level learning objectives, and walk away with a course development plan that can be immediately used to design an online course.
This workshop is two weeks in length and fully online. Registrants should anticipate 4–6 hours of coursework per week. Note that TMCC pays a registration fee for QM workshop participants, so please confirm that your schedule allows for active participation. A $150 stipend will be issued upon successful completion. Space is limited to 20. Please register by September 14, 2021.
