TMCC's Information Technology Office supports a wide variety of technological services, including:
User Support Services
- Academic Computing: Computer distribution, academic/administrative software, computer labs.
- Information Security: Virus protection/antivirus.
- IT Customer Service: Provides technical assistance and support to TMCC faculty, staff and student support and workstation technical assistance.
- Media Services: A/V resources, multimedia presentations, Smart Classroom support.
System Support Services
- Network Support: Network and server administration, network storage solutions, file servers (data storage), printing, cable plant installations/upgrades.
- Telephony: Telecommunications, new phone service/change in service, troubleshooting telephone issues.
Application Support Services
- Programming Services: Development and maintenance of internal/external software solutions.
- Server/Database Administration: Administration of all servers and databases.
