Getting Started
Begin by contacting the TMCC Apprenticeship Office.
- Sign an employer agreement for an existing program or work with TMCC to develop a program.
- Select an apprentice.
- Negotiate starting salary and hire date with the apprentice.
Additional Information
- Employer provides on-the-job training (OJT) component of the Registered Apprenticeship program with an identified experienced mentor.
- TMCC's Apprenticeship Office sponsors and onboards all new employers and apprentices.
- Employers must give apprentices regular salary increases until the Registered Apprenticeship program is completed to reflect skill and knowledge increases.
- TMCC's Apprenticeship Office tracks apprentice hours and progress throughout the program.
