Located in the V. James Eardley Student Center, the TMCC Welcome Center offers several essential services and supports for you as a prospective or current student. Staffed by our trained Student Ambassadors and IT Customer Service representatives, the Welcome Center serves as our in-person College directory and your first stop when you have questions, or need some help.

TMCC Student ID Cards
If you are enrolled in at least one credit hour for the current semester, you can obtain your TMCC student identification card. Bring a current government-issued form of identification, such as a driver's license or passport. Each semester you will be issued a new sticker for the back of your student ID card.
Student ID Hours/Location
TMCC student IDs may be obtained Monday through Friday, between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. and on scheduled Saturdays between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. at the Welcome Center on the first floor of the Red Mountain Building at TMCC's Dandini Campus.
Student ID Cost/Replacement
Your first student ID card is free of charge; however, there is a $5 charge to replace damaged or lost IDs (pay at Accounting Services/Cashier's, and bring your receipt to the Welcome Center to receive your replacement card).
IT Customer Service
Information Technology customer service representatives can assist you with passwords, connect your mobile device to the TMCC wireless network, and more. Staffing hours vary depending on semester cycles.
