The purpose of college facilities, which includes campus grounds, is to support the college’s normal instructional operations as well as the activities that these functions require. During regular business hours, TMCC RSO clubs are able to plan college events in TMCC facilities.
Scheduling Procedure
- Determine Type of Event to Schedule
TMCC SGA students may submit two types of events:
Monthly Club Meetings: If this request is for a Recognized Student Organization (RSO) meeting, please contact us to provide the details of your request.
Special Events: If this request is for a workshop, club fair, informational table, celebration, special RSO activity, etc., please follow the directions outlined on the SGA Event Request Form. - Event Approval Notification
The Scheduling and Events Office will notify you by email once your event request has been approved. Only after receiving a reservation number by email is your room reservation confirmed. A copy of the confirmation will be sent via email with the event details noted.
