Master chefs with top-notch culinary expertise are graduating from TMCC!
The Culinary Arts Program is accredited by the American Culinary Federation (ACF), and is recognized as a skilled food services program in Northern Nevada. Graduates from this program are eligible to apply for the first level certification as a Certified Culinarian, according to ACF standards.
We also encourage students to join the local branch of ACF, the High Sierra Chefs Association, which offers scholarships to students who are members.
TMCC's Culinary Arts Program offers multiple opportunities for degrees and career advancement. Many courses are offered so that students can work and attend TMCC part-time.
If you attend full-time, the associate degree requires a two-year commitment and the certificates of achievement require a one-year committment.
