COVID-19 Booster and Flu Shot Clinic

Community Health Alliance will be providing low-cost COVID-19 vaccines and boosters, regular flu vaccines, and flu vaccines targeted to those 65 and up. For COVID-19 vaccines and boosters, only the Moderna brand will be offered. Vaccine supply may be limited and is based on a first come/first serve basis. Community Health Alliance vaccinates only those 5 years of age and up. Most insurance plans cover the cost of immunizations, For those who are uninsured, low-cost vaccines will be available.
