Take 5 With Counseling
This programming effort encourages students to stop to take a few minutes out of their busy days and lives to practice self-care.
Each week, stress-reducing activities such as lanyard making, coloring, stress balls, and board games are offered to the student population to help reduce stress levels and help students stay healthy. Counselors are present at all Take 5 activities to help students who may be experiencing difficulties coping with their stress, anxiety, and more.
