Nevada Promise Mentor Training

The Nevada Promise Scholarship requires students to meet with a mentor. We encourage mentors from all backgrounds, occupations, and fields of study to volunteer! Mentors may be current professionals, university professionals, current students, retirees, or anywhere in between. Please note that mentors must be at least 21 years of age to apply.

During this in-person mentor training, participants will learn general information about scholarship requirements, mentoring requirements and tips for a successful mentoring experience, and lastly they will learn about TMCC resources.
