Drop-In Classes Registration

The new TMCC Sports & Fitness Center (SFC) is now offering drop-in classes. These fitness center classes are for SFC members at no additional cost. Please contact us if you have questions about your membership and/or have questions about the drop-in classes.

  • Zumba Fitness is a Latin-inspired cardio-dance workout that uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere. While many of the types of dance and music featured in the program are Latin American inspired, classes can also contain everything from jazz to African beats to country to hip-hop and pop. Zumba Instructor - Emma Virdin - Certified in multi disciplines such as Zumba, R.I.P.P.E.D., Strong Zumba, Step and Circuit training, U-Jam, Pilates, and Poundfit.
  • HIIT stands for high-intensity interval training, which involves a short workout and quick bursts of energy with quick resting periods. HIIT Instructor - DeWayne Manning - Certified personal trainer, PEX Boxing and Weight Lifting, 2010 Personal Trainer of the Year for Reno, certified in TRX, Boxing, and Self Defense (4th degree black belt).
