This course is designed to give a comprehensive view of leadership in emergency services. It is designed around 12 topics of leadership including; problem solving, decision making, planning skills and cycles, communication, managing multiple roles, creativity, enhancing your personal power base, ethics, situational leadership, delegating, coaching, and discipline.
