Come join us for TMCC’s annual celebration of International Education Week, a joint initiative of the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Education featuring: on and off-campus resources at our Tabling Event, Musical and Dance Performances, Art Activities, a keynote speaker, free ethnic food and refreshments, and more!
Event Schedule:
11 a.m.–Noon
- Tabling Event: On and Off-Campus Resources
- Live Performance by Musical Band Ceol A’lainne
- Origami Art: Learn how to fold beautiful origami cranes
- Make buttons: Write your name in Hangul and we'll turn it into a "button" for you
- Play Japanese board games
Noon–12:30 p.m.
- Keynote Speaker: Antoinette Hurtado, Diplomat in Residence, Southwest (Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico), U.S. Department of State
12:40 p.m.
- Dance performances by Reno Chinese Dance Club
