In honor of National Suicide Prevention Month, please join the Counseling Center for a day of Mental Health First Aid Training. Faculty and Staff will be in RDMT 255 and Student Employees will have the opportunity to take this class in RDMT 333 on the same day.

What it covers:

Common Signs and symptoms of mental health challenges
Common signs and symptoms of substance use challenges
How to interact with a person in crisis
How to connect a person with help
Expanded content on trauma, substance use and self-care
