Description:

TMCC Day at the Legislature allows students to journey to Carson City to meet and share stories with your Nevada State elected officials. You are invited to join us! This event is a fun and enriching experience for you to witness firsthand the legislative process, as well as a unique opportunity to tell the TMCC story in the Capitol and share the tremendous work the college does for the community. Day at the Legislature will be March 6, 2023. Transportation will not be provided.

We will be hosting a quick, informative pre-event lunch and presentation on Friday, March 3, from Noon–1 p.m. for all students participating in the event. Come learn some TMCC facts, and get tips on how to speak with legislators. Lunch will be included.
