Join TMCC Counselors to TAKE 5 minutes out of your busy week to practice self-care. Each week stress-reducing activities are offered to TMCC students to help reduce stress levels and stay healthy! Counselors are present at all TAKE 5 activities and are available to help students who may be experiencing difficulties coping with stress, anxiety or and more.
