Fitness Virtual Drop-In Class: Zumba, Strong 30, & Pilates 30 Training

Emma Verdin's Zumba, Strong 30, & Pilates 30 Training
Each class will incorporate a good mix of cardio and strength training that will make sure your body is firing on all cylinders, packed into an hour class.
- Zumba: Fuse hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a high energy, calorie blasting, total body dance based workout designed to tone your body from head to toe.
- Strong30: Combine high intensity interval training (HIIT) with the science of Synced Music Motivation. In every class, music and moves sync in a way that will push you past your perceived limits, to reach your most ambitious fitness goals faster. The music in STRONG by ZUMBA® was crafted to drive the intensity of the class in a challenging progression that provides a total body workout.
- Pilates30: Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Similar to Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility. no other. A combination of cardio and strength packed in 1 hour.

About TMCC Fitness Virtual Drop-In Classes
As we head into the winter months and in consideration of COVID safety measures, the TMCC Sports and Fitness Center would like to offer to our TMCC community (faculty, staff and students) the opportunity to work out in the comfort of your own home.
Starting the week of November 16, two of our very own PEX instructors, DeWayne Manning and Emma Verdin, will be offering FREE drop-in Zoom fitness classes. You do not have to have a current membership of the TMCC Fitness Center to participate in these classes.
