Admissions and Records
A central location where students can get started with all aspects of entry to the college. The office provides enrollment assistance, document pick up and submittal, student IDs, and residency and refund answers. We serve all areas of the college with regard to enrollment, general schedule issues and assistance with various needs of students, faculty and staff.
Provides development, management, monitoring and reporting of the college's financial resources.
Responsible for the office copier program and the copy center, mail services and property inventory, vending services and recycling. Also responsible for alternative fuel fleet compliance.
College Grants and Fundraising
The Truckee Meadows Community College and the TMCC Foundation write grants and raise gifts to meet the college's needs.
The controller's office provides effective financial guidance that assures compliance with applicable State of Nevada, Nevada System of Higher Education (NSHE), and Truckee Meadows Community College (TMCC) rules and regulations relative to the expenditure of College funds. The department also provides a variety of services to students, faculty and staff, including cashier, accounts payable, payroll, financial aid disbursements for students and loan collections, accounting services, travel financial reporting and student billing.

As the Chief Executive Officer of Truckee Meadows Community College, the President oversees all administrative, academic and financial aspects of the College.

Vice President of Academic Affairs
Provides leadership for all instructional activities at the College in collaboration with the academic deans, department chairs, and other academic leaders. Also provides leadership for planning, evaluating and developing student services programs at the TMCC Dandini Campus, Meadowood Center, IGT Applied Technology Center, and High Tech Center at Redfield.
