Bachelor of Architecture Curriculum Developer

Per the NFA Contract, Article 10, TMCC is announcing to all eligible Academic and Administrative faculty that a need exists for a/an Curriculum Developer for the Bachelor of Architecture.

Description

Develop course objectives, learning measures and outcomes for the 4th and 5th year courses for the Bachelor of Architecture, and NSHE common course coordination.

Scope of Work

Date range: starting Dec. 15, 2022, ending Jan. 16, 2023. Estimated hours of work: 60. This is an assignment requiring additional work days/hours outside of regular contract days. This assignment is not automatically renewed annually.

Responsibilities and Deliverables

Responsibilities: Edit TMCC's Course Leaf program for years 4 and 5 of the Bachelor of Architecture courses. Tasks will include: creating course objectives, learning measures and outcomes, and common course number coordination with NSHE institutions. Deliverables: approvals by TMCC's CRC and NSHE for said courses.

A TMCC instructor of architecture

Compensation

Lump sum stipend of $3,000

Interested faculty will submit a letter of interest describing special qualifications and background information no later than 5 p.m. on Dec. 14, 2022

The letter should be addressed to Kreg Mebust, Interim Dean Technical Sciences. Note: Administrative faculty must include a documented plan for separation of the additional assignment work from regular work time.

The Interim Dean Technical Sciences will notify applicants of the hiring decision on or before Dec. 15, 2022.
