Music Program

Overview

The Music Program offers a variety of music classes to meet the needs of degree-seeking students, as well as those who are just interested in expanding their musical knowledge. We offer classes in traditional Western European or “classical” music appreciation as well as historical surveys of jazz and rock music. Music theory is offered at different levels and complemented with classes in sight singing and ear training. We also have classes available that will serve as introductions to basic piano, guitar, and vocal techniques.

Why Choose Music at TMCC?

Students and musicians who are not beginners and are participating in one of the TMCC music ensembles can take private lessons for college credit at TMCC.
