Form D.D. 2384
You must provide a copy of your D.D. Form 2384, notice of basic eligibility, which shows you are entitled to VA educational benefits. You can obtain this form from your unit education officer. If you have a question about your eligibility, contact the Department of Veteran Affairs at 1-888-442-4551 for assistance.
If you are eligible for the MGIB Guard kicker, please include a copy of your contract.

- Monthly Verification: In order to receive payment, you must notify the VA to verify your continued enrollment on the first day of each month. Go online or call 877-823-2378. You will receive payment approximately 7-10 days later. Your VA file number is your Social Security number.
