TMCC provides photographs for use in digital or print publication, or broadcast media.
Please note that permission is not required to take or broadcast photos in public areas at any TMCC site. However, TMCC is required by the U.S. Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) to obtain permission for disclosure from students for photos taken in classroom spaces or private office areas.
Additionally, if you wish to use a student's likeness or name in print, Web or broadcast media, a Media Release Waiver must be completed and submitted to TMCC's Marketing and Communications Office.
