Training for All Employees
TMCC requires mandatory training regarding Preventing Sexual Harassment, FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) and Active Shooter: How to Respond.
If a TMCC employee is a supervisor or manager of classified employees, they must attend mandatory training within six months, 12 months and every three years after the initial appointment as a supervisor.
The Professional Development Office formulates, designs, and coordinates staff and faculty professional development and training to support TMCC's strategic goals. Workshops and trainings are designed to provide you with opportunities to expand your knowledge, learn new skills and foster student success. A monthly workshop schedule is posted online, as well as links to PeopleSoft/MyTMCC training for you as a part-time instructor.
