Post-Award Management, NDE & Perkins
Ashlyn was raised in Reno and attended both UNR & UNLV before completing her undergraduate degree at the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco, California. After leaving the Bay Area, she returned to Nevada to spend two years working on environmental conservation and trail building projects throughout the state, which led her to a position in grants management with a conservation nonprofit agency. She joined TMCC’s Grants Team as a post-award Grants Specialist in June, 2018, and is grateful to have found a career that suits her love for the Truckee Meadows community. She enjoys eating out in Reno’s growing food scene, playing board games with her loved ones and, of course, camping and hiking as often as she can.
