198 The Meadow Kira Mastalka is a former student of Truckee Meadows Community College. Karla Linn Merrifield has 14 books to her credit, including her 2019 full-length book Athabaskan Fractal: Poems of the Far North from Cirque Press. Her poetry collection, My Body the Guitar, will be published in December 2021 by Before Your Quiet Eyes Publications Holograph Series. Jory Mickelson’s book, WILDERNESS//KINGDOM, was the inaugural winner of the Evergreen Award Tour from Floating Bridge Press and winner of the 2020 High Plains Book Award in Poetry. Their publications include Court Green, Painted Bride Quarterly, Jubilat, Diode Poetry Journal, The Rumpus and other journals. They received an Academy of American Poets Prize and fellowships from the Lambda Literary Foundation and the Helene Wurlitzer Foundation of New Mexico. Theresa Monteiro lives in sunny New Hampshire with her husband and six children. They travel around in their big brown van living the chaotic and good life that fills Theresa’s poems. She is a former teacher and holds an M.F.A. from the University of New Hampshire. She has had poems published in Good Fat Poetry, Lunation, Silver Needle Press, Pittsburgh Poetry Journal, and she received the Dick Shea Memorial Prize for poetry in 2019. Daniel Edward Moore lives in Washington on Whidbey Island. His poems are forthcoming in Nebo Literary Journal, Main Street Rag Magazine, Nixes Mate Review, Blue River Review, Verdad Magazine, Sheila-Na-Gig, I-70 Review, Lullwater Review, Flint Hills Review and Cumberland River Review. He is the author of the chapbook, Boys (Duck Lake Books) and his full-length collection, Waxing the Dents, was a finalist for the Brick Road Poetry Prize.
