At TMCC, you will develop technological literacy by building skills for information retrieval. Finding key resources is important for research and communication.
We offer a wide variety of English classes, including essential skills, English for non-native speakers, and reading comprehension. Further subjects range from literature and creative writing, to introductory journalism, to technical writing and communications.
In English courses, you’ll also refine the ability to draw independent conclusions—skills that impact the future of our community in an increasingly information-based economy. You’ll learn how to express thoughts and views effectively, both verbally and in writing, and grow intellectually into your career and life.
