Personnel Executive Committee

Purpose

The Personnel Executive Committee provides support in the implementation of TMCC's Resource Allocation Process (RAP). Specifically, it reviews and approves and provides recommendations on new or replacement of positions 0.5 FTE or higher (per TMCC Policy #1744)

About the Committee

The Personnel Executive Committee (currently represented by members of the President's Cabinet) was established in Fall 2012 in order to provide timely response to changes to budgeted positions. It also presides over implementation of new self-support or grant-related program personnel expenditures.

The TMCC President presides over this committee. The Personnel Executive Committee acts as an advisory and recommending body to the TMCC President.
