The Career Hub has created the Resident Lizard Intern Program to assist students in finding “real world” work experiences virtually and on campus. This program will allow students to grow in their area of study while completing their classes. They will complete professional learning objectives and outcomes, gain valuable work experience provided by a TMCC department, and make departmental connections and learn to network. The Student Government Association (SGA) provides the funding for the program where students will earn $15.00/hour during the internships.
To be eligible for the program, students must have the following:
- 2.5 GPA or higher
- One semester completed within the academic year
- Commit to at least 100 hours (up to 20 hours/week)
- Professional Demeanor
- Understand TMCC Themes
