Description:

Community Health Alliance and TMCC will be hosting a flu and COVID-19 vaccine clinic for individuals ages 5 and older.

Bring your insurance card. Flu and COVID-19 vaccines will be free with insurance. For those uninsured, only flu vaccines will be available (while supplies last).
