This course is designed for everyone in the training of "basic self defense" using a
practical and no-nonsense approach. We will focus on environmental awareness
and situational tactics. We'll use a variety of basic techniques: punches, kicks, grabs,
escapes, etc. Be Confident, Be Aware, Be Safe!

Our very own PEX instructors will be offering FREE drop-in Zoom fitness classes.  You do not have to have a current membership of the TMCC Fitness Center to participate in these classes.
