Zoom into June

Join Lindsey Spitler, ISSA Certified fitness trainer, CNC, TMCC Fitness Center faculty and student for FREE Follow-Along zoom workouts! We will be utilizing strength, conditioning, mobility, and animal flow sequences for intense full-body workouts. Work at your own pace and use whatever equipment you have.
Recommended equipment includes Yoga mat, slick floor, and a towel or furniture sliders, sturdy chair or high step, dumbbells or kettlebells (light and heavy sets), various exercise bands (small looped bands, monster bands, bands with handles), jump rope, broomstick. All equipment can be substituted or excluded if not available.
