We encourage you to stop to take a few minutes out of your busy day and life to practice self-care.
Each week, stress-reducing activities such as lanyard making, coloring, stress balls and board games are offered to help reduce stress levels and help you stay healthy!
If you are experiencing difficulties coping with your stress, anxiety and more, counselors are present at all Take 5 activities to help.
