The Nevada System of Higher Education (NSHE) requires that students receiving a discounted tuition rate under programs such as Good Neighbor or Western Undergraduate Exchange, declare themselves as out-of-state residents for tuition purposes for one year, prior to applying for the in-state tuition rate.
Students may declare themselves as out-of-state residents for either a past term(s) or a current term, and must pay any applicable additional fees associated with that status. Please complete and sign this form, indicating the semester(s) to which TMCC Admissions should apply the out-of-state tuition rates.
