MRI/CT Program Application

Please be sure you have reviewed the information about our advanced medical imaging (AMI) programs—CT or MRI—prior to completing this application. You will be asked to provide detailed clinical education site information.

The following documents must be submitted with your online application:

1. Transcripts
   Copies of your unofficial transcripts verifying your degree. You must submit any official transcripts to the TMCC Admissions and Records Office.
2. Copy of Your ARRT Credentials (if applicable)
