Note: This quiz is taken/adapted from the May 2008 edition of Decision Times, the career and education monthly edition of Military Times.

I always complete assignments thoroughly and on time. I usually complete assignments on time. Rarely. I have a problem starting tasks and often do no complete them.
5.	Which statement best describes your problem-solving skills?
I enjoy solving problems on my own. I enjoy solving problems but sometimes need assistance. I find problem solving difficult and often need assistance.
6.	As a reader, I would classify myself as:
Very good. I usually understand the text without help. Good. I sometimes need help to understand the text. Average. I usually ask for help to understand the text.
7.	As a writer, I would classify myself as:
Very good. I enjoy writing and communicate very well in writing. Good. I sometimes feel it is hard for me to express myself well in writing. Average. I do not like writing and often feel it is hard for me to communicate in writing.
8.	Verbal interaction in the classroom is:
Not important to me. Somewhat important to me. Very important to me.
9.	Considering your academic, work, and personal schedule, the amount of time you have to devote to an online class is:
More than for a class on campus. The same as for a class on campus. Less than for a class on campus.
10.	My personal and professional schedule is:
Predictable: I can generally plan, well in advance, blocks of time to devote to my coursework. Generally predictable; but sometimes last-minute meetings or events come up that I cannot reschedule. Unpredictable; I am seldom sure when I'll have free time that I can set aside for my coursework.
