Proctoring Center Information

The TMCC Proctoring Center is located at the Dandini Campus, Red Mountain Building, room 204.

Fall 2014 Proctoring Center Hours (Sep. 15-Dec 13)
Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays 1–5 p.m.
Tuesdays, Thursdays 4–8 p.m.
Saturdays 9 a.m.–2 p.m.
The center is closed Sundays and all holidays.  (Oct. 31, Nov. 11 Nov. 27-29) 

Exams to be Proctored

In order to meet student verification purposes, the Proctoring Center provides its services for online course exams.

Required Form for Faculty

For all exams, faculty need to complete a Proctoring Request for Online Courses. This form is to be completed by TMCC faculty only, not students. Students, please refer to the How to Schedule Appointments below.

How to Schedule Student Appointments

Students will need to schedule an appointment online with the Proctoring Center. If you have never scheduled an appointment before, please register first. Students must schedule their appointment at least 48 hours in advance. Students will receive an email confirmation of their appointment and a reminder email 24 hours in advance of their appointment. Students must be on time and have a photo ID or will possibly forfeit their time slot. Students may make appointments lasting up to two hours. Students will need to know their teacher's name and class they are in. To submit their appointment, the form must be completed in full.
