NSHE E-Learning Task Force

History

The NSHE Board of Regents accepted the Katz Report on e-Learning and the Higher Education’s iron triangle: opportunity, affordability, and student success at NSHE. The Board directed the Chancellor to develop a plan for implementation of the report’s recommendations. A steering committee, the e-Learning Task Force, was formed.

Mission

The NSHE e-Learning Committee is a state-level committee that is charged with the distance education related issues that support student success a system-wide priority and focus on our common goal of graduating more students. Creating online remedial math and English modules for all NSHE institutions, as well as developing an "e-Ncore" of master general education courses transferable to all institutions.
