Online Course Evaluation Form Coordinator

Per the NFA Contract, Article 10, TMCC is announcing to all eligible Academic and Administrative faculty that a need exists for an Online Course Evaluation Form Coordinator.

This position will assist the coordinator of the WebCollege Department in creating an online course evaluation form. This form will use the QM rubric, best practices, and other information as necessary. This form will be used as a faculty self-evaluation, then will be forwarded to the WebCollege Department Coordinator and appropriate Department Chair/Dean.

Scope of Work

This position serves during the Fall 2014 Semester.

Responsibilities and Deliverables

  1. Create online course self-evaluation form.
  2. Research other online course evaluation forms and processes.
  3. Incorporate the QM rubric into the course evaluation form.


QM Certified Peer Reviewer and at least one year online teaching experience.


$2,325 stipend for Fall 2014. 

Reports To

WebCollege Coordinator.

Application Process

Interested faculty will submit a letter of interest describing special qualifications and background information no later than 5 p.m. on Aug. 22, 2014. The letter should be addressed to the WebCollege Coordinator. Note: Administrative faculty must include a documented plan for separation of the additional assignment work from regular work time.

Selection Process

The WebCollege Coordinator will notify applicants of the hiring decision on or before August 29, 2014.
