Scheduling Office Forms and Procedures

Required procedures and forms for scheduling college, non-college and student events at TMCC are posted at the Room Scheduling Office Web site.

Events Involving Volunteers

Anyone scheduling an event involving volunteer(s) should inform the Human Resources Office and follow any applicable volunteer forms and procedures.

Speaker Contracts and Insurance Requirements

In addition to the Scheduling Office forms and procedures, contracts and additional insurance documentation may be required for the event. For example if TMCC is paying for a speaker, a contract will be required, as well as insurance-related documentation. The Guest Speaker and Independent Contractor forms with instructions are posted online.

Field Trip and Activity Release Forms

Field trip and activity release Forms should be completed when applicable and are posted online.
