Finance and Administrative Services Division Offices

The following are division offices under the vice president of finance and administrative services.

1. Budget Office (website)
   Plans, develops and administers biennial and annual institutional budgets to support departmental operations.
2. Central/Auxiliary Services (website)
   Oversees food service operations, vending operations, reprographics and mailrooms at all college sites.
3. Controller's Office (website)
   Oversees all functions of TMCC's financial services including accounts receivable/payable, student accounting system, collections and acquisition of goods and services in compliance with board of regents' policies and State of Nevada regulations.
4. Facilities Services (website)
   Ensures adequate maintenance of all the college's facilities and equipment including buildings, grounds, construction/remodeling, capital equipment and custodial services.
5. Information Technology Operations (website)
   Provide operations of network/telephone services, desktop computing infrastructure and help desk operations.
6. Information Technology Services (website)
   Supports TMCC's business / educational environment by providing application development and services, Web services, and media services.
7. Public Safety and Security (website)
   Provides security to ensure safety to the college, students and employees.
