The following are division offices under the vice president of finance and administrative services.

Information Technology Services: Supports TMCC's working environment by developing enhanced desktop, reporting and Web tools, provide institutional project management to various in-house and NSHE computing initiatives, develop and manage the college's World Wide Web presence, and serve as consultants to TMCC leadership team and administrators on the implementation and management of the TMCC information technology vision.Media Services: To provide the best, most current media technology in every learning environment available to our campus community.
Media Services encompasses all of the following:
- TV production facility (in-house and revenue generating)
- Audio/Visual equipment loan and setup
- Electronic repair and maintenance
- E-Learning technical support and technical operations
- Smart classroom design, setup, and maintenance
- Satellite uplink access
- Tech Fee, One-shot, and State funded expenditures for instructional delivery systems

Plans, develops and administers biennial and annual institutional budgets to support departmental operations. - Controller's Office (Web site)
Oversees all functions of TMCC's financial services including accounts receivable/payable, student accounting system, collections and acquisition of goods and services in compliance with board of regents' policies and State of Nevada regulations. - Facilities Services (Web site)
Ensures adequate maintenance of all the college's facilities and equipment including buildings, grounds, construction/remodeling, capital equipment and custodial services. - Administrative/Technology Services (Web site)
Monitor college-wide administrative services that include operations of network/telephone services, Information Technology Services and academic/administrative computing. - Central/Auxiliary Services
Oversees food service operations, vending operations, reprographics and mailrooms at all college sites. - Public Safety and Security (Web site)
Provides security to ensure safety to the college, students and employees. - Policy Management
Develops, directs, coordinates, supervises and evaluates the programs, personnel, operations and activities of all areas of responsibility to ensure their compliance with TMCC policies, NSHE policies, state and federal regulations related to financial and administrative services. - Risk Management
Provides insurance coverage and protection against liabilities TMCC employees and the state's physical and financial assets by reducing and controlling risk in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.
