Vice President of Finance and Administrative Services

The Vice President of Finance and Administrative Services is the chief financial officer for Truckee Meadows Community College. The vice president's office is responsible for the development and administration of the biennium and annual budgets; fiscal analysis and planning; financial reporting; short/long-range forecasting; contract administration; purchasing and audit reviews; facilities management; auxiliary services; and assisting the president in capital planning and development.

The department is made up of several administrative and financial divisions and its operational staff, as well as budget, college bookstore, controllers, information technology operations and information technology services, Facilities Operations and Capital Planning, police and public safety, and risk management. The budget and planning office is now the point of contact for all contractual matters and risk management for TMCC.

The Office of the VPFA promotes student success, academic excellence and access to lifelong learning by providing vision, leadership, planning, and coordination for the fiscal and administrative functions of the College.
