The following clarification of some questions may be helpful:

Question 10 – Do not include any prior use of the military tuition assistance program when you consider your answer to this question.

Question 12c – Enter the name of your chosen TMCC program. Following this information, write any higher level of education you will be seeking in your chosen field, whether it is a certificate, associate, baccalaureate, master's or doctorate level education.

Questions 17a through 17c – Need not be answered.

Additional Information

• Monthly Verification: In order to receive payment, you must notify the VA to verify your continued enrollment on the first day of each month. Go online or call 877-823-2378. You will receive payment approximately 7- 10 days later. Your VA File number is your Social Security Number.
