Disability Resource Center
The disability resource center provides equal access to instructional and co-curricular activities to qualified participants with disabilities. DRC serves the college community in the following areas: serving as an advocate and liaison; providing appropriate accommodations and services; giving guidance and training on disability matters; fostering self-sufficiency and acting as a resource regarding areas of compliance.
The Americans with Disabilities Act states that a person is eligible for accommodations if they have a qualifying disability. Students with documented disabilities have the right to free accommodations to ensure equal access to educational opportunities at TMCC.
