Steps to Enroll

We are excited that you are interested in pursuing your higher education needs with us! Please complete the necessary steps below before enrolling in class. If you're not quite ready to enroll and would like to receive regular updates from the college, sign up for TMCC coolstuff.

Complete a TMCC application for admission online or contact the Starting Point or chat online.

Get help with your college expenses by completing the online FAFSA.

Important: If you are a new, degree-seeking student, steps three, four and five are required. If you are not a new, degree-seeking student, steps three, four and five will help to ensure your success at TMCC, but you are not required to complete those steps to enroll.

Take TMCC's free ACCUPLACER placement test to discover which courses are right for you. Contact testing services for more details.

Manage your transition into your first semester. Register for a free new student orientation or contact the Starting Point for assistance. Sessions are scheduled at each TMCC campus and education center at times that will fit your schedule.

Make an appointment with an academic advisor to talk about potential majors, course requirements, and the classes you've selected. Contact the advisement office for an appointment time.

Register for your classes online and search TMCC's Web-based class schedule to find the most current class information.

Pay your fees prior to the payment deadline. View payment options or contact the controller's office.
