The Executive Officers and the Senators are elected or are appointed as vacancies arise throughout the academic year. The SGA General Assembly possesses the power, authority and duties that are outlined within the SGA Constitution and its practices will be regulated by the procedures that are set forth in the College Catalog.
The SGA General Assembly members are responsible for:
Attending all general assembly and committee meetings
Reviewing and providing feedback and/or revisions for all general assembly and committee minutes
Attending all assigned campus committee and review panel meetings
Reporting to the general assembly all relevant issues affecting the student government and TMCC
Participating in co-curricular campus events and activities sponsored by the student government and the recognized student clubs and organizations of Truckee Meadows Community College
General assembly meetings are conducted in accordance with Nevada Open Meeting Law, and all TMCC students and guests are welcome to attend.
All meetings take place in RDMT 122 unless otherwise noted.

Process for Submitting Agenda Items
Please send an email to the SGA Secretary at least seven (7) business days prior to the scheduled meeting date. Please include any reference material or supporting documentation with your request.
