What is the cost to book a room for an activity or event at TMCC?
TMCC room rates for events and activities are as follows:
- General Classrooms: $50 per room, per day
- Conference Rooms: $75-250 per day
- Computer Classrooms: $100 per room, per day
- SIER 108 Auditorium: $200 per day
- Info Table in Lobby Areas: $50 per day
- Student Center: $800

What is the process for a non-TMCC affiliated organization to schedule a room for an event or activity?
Non-TMCC organizations are required to fill out a Room Reservation Form, and must provide proof of liability insurance, which will need to show a minimum of $1 million general liability coverage.
Scheduling a room will also depend on availability. To find out if a room is available for the date and time you need, please call the TMCC Scheduling Office: 775-673-7807.
What is the process for a TMCC employee to schedule a room for an event or activity?
TMCC employees may schedule college events in TMCC facilities during regular operating hours. Please contact the TMCC Scheduling Office for room availability. No reservation form is needed for TMCC employee room requests.
What is the process for a TMCC Student Organization/Club to schedule a room for an activity or event?
Visit the TMCC Student Government Association (SGA) website for more information on how student organizations/clubs can schedule rooms for events.
When will I be billed for the use of the TMCC facility/room for our scheduled event/activity?
The TMCC Scheduling Office will mail an invoice after your event has taken place. Invoices will be paid through the TMCC Controller's Office by check or credit card.
