Major: Associate of Arts (Transfer Degree)

Dreams and Aspiration for the Organization:
During the fifth year of the club's existence, it is my hope that the group will continue to do what it does best. To humbly represent what being a Filipino is all about and to share the rich culture we posses which comes all the way from our beautiful motherland. To grow not only in numbers but also in hearts and minds that we may continue to reach out to fellow Filipino's and anyone else in the community especially those who wish to attain a degree in higher education. To continue to serve the local community wherever our talents may be effectively used and as always for all the members of the club to function as one united family.
Student Club Officer Photo Roselle Flores, vice president
Major: Nursing (CHEF)

Dreams and Aspiration for the Organization:
PUSO is a club that is dedicated to help Filipinos and non-Filipino understand what PUSO is all about and what we could contribute to the local community. My goals as Vice President of PUSO is to try to make it as successful as it can be and make it big as possible by getting as much members as we can. We work as team and try to make everything as fun as possible and also make PUSO as diverse as possible. I would say PUSO could be a real fun experience for everyone and will want to be a Ka-PUSO, after the first meeting...So lets enjoy this year of PUSO!

Major: Dental Hygiene

Dreams and Aspiration for the Organization:
My dream for PUSO is that we will be able to become a bigger diverse group of students who are interested in the Filipino culture. By becoming a bigger group we will be able to make a bigger difference in our community! Not many people know very much about the Filipino culture, and knowing that we can share our traditions with everyone to give them a better understanding of our culture is awesome. Joining PUSO has been one wonderful experience. I've made new friends and a second family as well.
Student Club Officer Photo Jay Gamboa, treasurer
Major: Culinary Arts

Dreams and Aspiration for the Organization:
My dreams and aspirations for the club would be for it to become more diverse, with as many people from different cultures involved as possible, so that growth and learning can be obtained in the best possible way. I would also like the club to be a foundation of friendship among people and other student organizations.
Student Club Officer Photo Edgar Roque, historian

Dreams and Aspiration for the Organization:
I would like to promote the club throughout the community and recruit as many Filipino and non-Filipino members to make the club bigger and better. GO PUSO!

Student Club Officer Photo Precious Lapuz, public relations coordinator
Major: General Studies

Dreams and Aspiration for the Organization:
I have always considered myself as a very reserved individual. PUSO has allowed me to grow and develop my social and communication skills. This club helped me break out from conservatism, and I now feel more confident with approaching and meeting new people. This year, I dedicate myself in promoting the club and reaching out beyond the confines of TMCC. I would like to see the club participate and get more involved with community services and other similar activities. In the long run, I envision the club to be more diversified. I hope to see more members of different background and race. Although this organization was build to promote the Philippine culture, it is for the betterment of the club and its members to be aware of different culture, beliefs, and values.
Student Club Advisor Connie Croysdill, advisor
Deptartment/Program: Nursing

Dreams and Aspiration for the Organization:
To promote greater understanding and appreciation of the Filipino Culture, heritage, and values within the TMCC community and the community at large. To promote camaraderie among students regardless of race and provide a reliable and supportive environment for its members.
Student Club Advisor Cynthia "Cinch" Irwin, advisor
Deptartment/Program: Tutoring and Learning Center

Dreams and Aspiration for the Organization:
To have every TMCC Filipino/Filipina student be a member and to have at least 80% if not 100% attendance at the meetings and activities I think that would make the club successful.
