Register Now! Applying the QM Rubric - Online Training

The Quality Matters QM Program is a nationally recognized, faculty-centered, peer review process designed to certify the quality of online courses and online components.

The QM Process for continuous improvement is the framework for quality assurance efforts in online learning. TMCC has made a commitment to apply this review process to our online courses.

The first step in this process is attending a workshop titled The Applying the QM Rubric APPQMR. This workshop is QM's flagship workshop on the QM Rubric and the process of using the QM Rubric to review online courses. It is intended for a broad audience, including but not limited to faculty, instructional designers, administrators, and adjunct instructors who wish to understand more about the QM Rubric and process of course review. You will be able to use this information to apply to your own classes.

The APPQMR is the prerequisite for the Peer Reviewer Course, which is the required course to become a QM Peer Reviewer.
THIS IS AN ONLINE CLASS offered from May 2 through May 16. Participants can expect to spend about 8 -10 hours per week in this workshop. Register by May 1 to start the class.
